These terms and conditions apply to all Zarina Tableware website visitors, thus we urge you to read them carefully before using ZarinaTableware.com operated by SOLEA SAL (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Kindly note that all written terms & conditions can be subject to change at any given time and it is up to you to check them regularly before proceeding with any purchase.
Your access and use of our website is conditioned on your acceptance of these terms & conditions. If you have any queries relating to our terms & conditions, please make sure to contact us before placing an order.
When purchasing through ZarinaTableware.com, you undertake that all products ordered by you are for your own personal use or re-gift only and are not subjected for resale.
To complete purchases through the site, customers will be asked to provide true personal details; real name, phone number, full address, email address, credit or debit card information and other requested details as indicated.
Inaccurate customer information constitutes a breach of the site’s terms & conditions and as such may result in the termination of the account.
Upon registration, customers will provide the site with both an email address and password. Customers will solely be responsible for all action taken under that account. Thus, all personal information provided to the site including but not limited to the password should remain confidential and one must not disclose any information about the account to anyone.
You warrant that all payment details provided to the site upon ordering or purchasing are your own and you are the person referred to in the billing details submitted. By submitting all the above stated information, you grant us the right to provide all given details to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order, purchase and shipment.
Purchase & Order
As stated above, upon order you agree that any and all information provided are accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.
Upon ordering and purchasing a product, the customer will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided by you in your order form. Confirmation email will detail product(s) ordered, payment method, cost and usual delivery times.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check all details provided on the purchase confirmation email are correct and contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if any detail is inaccurate.
If for any given circumstance the order has not been accepted, you will receive an email explaining the reasons why.
The delivery period shared via the confirmation email is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address provided by you at checkout.
Kindly note that all international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. All customs and clearance fees are to be paid by you, the customer and are not the responsibility of Zarina Tableware. Furthermore, our price does not include customs or clearance duties.
Price & Payment Method
Zarina Tableware reserves the right to change and amend the prices of any given product displayed on the site at any time and without prior notice.
We accept both credit and debit cards, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is debited from your card when we process your order.
If you haven’t completed the checkout process, you may clear the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the ‘delete’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase.
If you have placed an order but then decided to change or cancel it, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may have been already processed or dispatched.
If a cancellation is confirmed, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 15 days of the order placement.
Checking your order
Customers can check the status of their orders on ZarinaTableware.com by simply signing into their account and selecting order status.
Exchange/ Return procedure
No exchange is permitted. NO refunds are granted at this time. On the rare occasion of a defect in a product, please email us a picture of the item, clearly showing where the defect is and we will be happy to send you a replacement on our expense.
Kindly note that we at Zarina Tableware are happy to cover the shipping costs. However, all duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from us. Any and all customs, taxes and VAT is your responsibility.
Errors & Inaccuracies
At Zarina Tableware, we will be more than happy to exchange for the same product purchased if the ones shipped arrives damaged or incorrectly shipped. However, as previously mentioned this is only applicable within 10 days from the date of dispatch.
Please refer to the care instructions of each item before cleaning or handling your items. For example, brass items should be thoroughly dried immediately in order to not leave watermarks. We are not responsible for items that have been handled in a wrong manner. For specific details, click on the care instructions of the item you purchased.

We at Zarina Tableware will not share your information with any third party except information related to shipping with DHL.
Agreement & Applicable Law
All the above stated terms & conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zarina Tableware regarding your use of this site. These terms & conditions have been written in English and shall be governed by the Lebanese laws.
